Our gym contains a series of 10 resistance machines, meaning that they work both muscles in the pair at the same time, unlike a regular gym. There are many additional benefits to resistance training, which you can read in the list below.


Our gym can be done in two different ways.


Way one

You can  use each piece of equipment as you like and spend as long as you want on each piece of equipment.


Way two

You can use it as a circuit. We have a specially designed CD, which informs you when to move on to the next piece of equipment.Which also includes, optional jogging stations inbetween each station as well.
