We are a small business in Mapperley, Nottingham.
We offer a fully equipped gym and a wide range of dance and fitness classes.We aim to help those who feel intimidated by big, commercial, gyms and fitness classes. Our classes are kept reasonably small and personal.We offer something for every age, from 6 weeks old to 100 years old.
We even offer afterschool clubs, school discos/parties, performance teams and more!
