How we've made our gym Covid secure
All staff have completed a Covid-19 training course.
Our gym is normally well ventilated, due to having large, Bi Fold doors. These are normally open in warm weather. They will be open all the time (Government Guidelines.) As well as all windows.
We are making use of our outdoor space. On warmer days, we will place some equipment outside for you to use.
We will be cleaning after each member has used the facilities. This inlcudes all machines, equipment, door handles and any surfaces they may have touched.
We have introduced a booking system. This will allow only one member in at a time. To allow us to clean thoroughly after each person. We are aware some of our current members come in pairs. Please speak to Val about this when booking.
The toilets will be open to use. However, we are encouraging members not to use the toilets unless essential.
The changing rooms and coffee lounge will not be available to use. We are advising members to arrive in their sports wear. Again if you have any queries please let us know.

Our gym contains a series of 10 resistance machines, meaning that they work both muscles in the pair at the same time, unlike a regular gym. There are many additional benefits to resistance training, which you can read in the list below.
Our gym can be done in two different ways.
You can use each piece of equipment as you like and spend as long as you want on each piece of equipment.
You can use it as a circuit. We have a specially designed CD, which informs you when to move on to the next piece of equipment.Which also includes, optional jogging stations inbetween each station as well.
