Our gym contains a series of 10 resistance machines, meaning that they work both muscles in the pair at the same, unlike a regular gym. There are many additional benefits to resistance training, which you can read in the list to the side.
Our gym can be done in two different ways.
You can use each piece of equipment as you like and spend as long as you want on each piece of equipment.
You can use it as a circuit. We have a specially designed CD that informs you as to when to move on to the next piece of equipment.Which also includes optional jogging stations between each station as well.
